What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We include free express shipping in the continental United States. We typically ship with UPS or FedEx and insure your package.

Your order will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home when the unit is delivered, the package will be held at your local courier office. You will find details provided through your tracking number.

Shipping can take anywhere between next day to 5 days delivery, depending on the location being shipped to. A tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment so you may track your shipment.

Can I return or exchange a product if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, we have a 30 day return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt.
