1. Layaway Overview
Our layaway program allows you to secure the products you want and pay for them over time. This program is designed to make it easier for you to purchase high-quality health and wellness products without the need for immediate full payment.
2. Payment Structure
- A minimum down payment is required to initiate a layaway plan.
- Subsequent payments can be made according to the agreed-upon schedule until the total purchase price is paid in full.
3. Merchandise Ordering
- All items placed on layaway must be ordered from the manufacturer. Merchandise will be ordered and shipped directly from the manufacturer once the total amount due is fully paid.
- The estimated delivery date will be provided upon receipt of the final payment.
4. Layaway Cancellation or Non-Payment
- If you choose to cancel your layaway plan or fail to complete the payment plan as scheduled, all funds paid up to that point will be converted into a store credit that can be used toward a future purchase at Brilliudia.com.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
5. Returns and Restocking Fee
- If you wish to return an item purchased through the layaway program after it has been delivered, a 25% restocking fee will apply. The remaining balance will be issued as a store credit.
- Returns must be initiated within the return period specified in our general return policy.
6. Terms Acceptance
- By placing an item on layaway, you agree to these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to understand and adhere to the payment schedule.
7. Modifications
- Brilliudia.com reserves the right to modify or terminate the layaway program at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will not affect existing layaway agreements.
